Women in HR Kenya is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the field of human resources. We are a community of HR professionals, students, consultants, L&D experts, and enthusiasts who are passionate about advancing the careers of women in HR. We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to building strong and successful organizations, and we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive HR industry.

Our organization was founded by Angel and Dorcas in response to the under representation of women in leadership positions within the HR industry. We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for the success of any organization, and we are committed to promoting the advancement of women in the workplace.

One of the key ways we support women in HR is through our mentorship program. This program matches experienced HR professionals with mentees who are looking to grow and advance in their careers.

Our mentors offer guidance, advice, and support to help mentees achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.

At Women in HR Kenya, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of women in HR and on the organizations they work for. We believe that when women are supported and empowered to succeed, everyone benefits.
